Please don't get caught up into the whole weight thing. It will really suck if you do! I know you don't want to be the "big" girl in your group, but it's not worth it to starve yourself. See right now you're just avoiding food, then it'll move onto skipping meals, then whole days. and then you won't be able to stop. So just eat when you're hungry and stay healthy.

my diary is about weight. the whole dairy is about it. because that is what i have a problem with. my shrink said to write everything down and get it out. it helps me vent. and face my issues on a daily basis. but don't worry i'm simiprivate so people that have problems with it don't have to read it. ohhh it's a good book. you should tell your friend to read it. it's about this girl who is like new to town.and has a pet ferret on her shouldres all the time, and plays the ukelalee. and everyone is just like O_O because she's so whacky and everyone is so normal which makes her awesome, but then she becomes normal. :/ ""She was homeschooling gone amok."
